Having a bust up?

Disputes happen, because delivering technology is difficult. It’s difficult because no matter how much detail you go into when you commission a project, it will never cover all the possible interpretations of the requirements.  This means there can be a difference of opinion between what you as the client thinks you’re buying, and what the vendor thinks they’re delivering.

In most cases, with a bit of give and take on both sides, these differences can be overcome, but all too often relationships breakdown, communication suffers, both sides start digging into their trenches, and then, worst of all, the lawyers get called. Nightmare.

If you have a project that’s rapidly heading south, you need an independent arbiter, a peacemaker, a technically skilled mediator.  Someone removed from the emotional conflict, who is able to see both sides, but is ultimately working on your behalf to achieve the best possible outcome, for you.

If you can recognise these signs in your project, act now, contact us and we will put your project back on track.
